Welcome to my work. I’m an artist often using wit, sex, history, fantasy and theatre. On this site is a menu of my various performance and writing projects.
It’s all listed under THEATRE and FICTION – though some may be a little of both – there’s also details on my academic book on IMMERSIVE PERFORMANCE, and my LIST-WRITING antics for Standard Issue Magazine. My most recent work of fiction is ‘THE NEW WOMAN’ published by Abaddon, and my current theatre piece is BADASS GRAMMAR: A Pole/Guitar Composition in Exploded View, a collaboration with Keir Cooper.
After you’re done there, the POLEDANCE page is a collage of interesting bobbins, snaps, pictures and readings for pole and fem theory.
I am a Jerwood Performing Arts Bursary recipient, training in Chinese Pole - a new discipline in dialogue with my own poledance and art practice. I’ve been a Miss Pole Dance UK finalist and an Associate Artist at the Bike Shed Theatre, Exeter. I’ve written jokes for BBC Radio 4 including The Now Show and The News Quiz.
I am based in London.
